Notifications are not being sent

I would suggest you to check your Spam and Junk folders, also if possible, ask your email provider to whitelist our IP Addresses  : http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

Do let us know if it helps, and if after adding our IP Addresses to your whitelist  you are still unable to receive your email notifications.
