İnternet siteme form ekleyemiyorum

Merhaba,

Oluşturduğum bir formu siteme eklemek istiyorum fakat "this form is disabled" uyarısı alıyorum. Lütfen bu uyarının çözümü hakkında bana yardım eder misiniz?

I checked your forms and I can see they are clear, I have re-activated your account and you should be able to load your forms again.

Also, I would suggest you to use this feature in order to avoid your forms to be cataloged as phishing forms and set English as the default language and then use your language : http://www.jotform.com/help/298-How-to-make-your-forms-multilingual
