Form doesn't seem to be responsive

I have ticked the box to enable responsive mode on the Leaflet Form and it seems to not work.

Also when I try to view this form on my iPhone I get an error message, of which I have attached.

The website is created in Adobe Muse, if that helps?

I checked your webpage in my Desktop computer and in my smart phone. The form shows up properly in both devices. I use Google Chrome in my android phone and I didn't saw any error message. The form itself is also responsive.

If the issue is still happening on your iPhone, then please try to re-embed the form using the Iframe method. This is to prevent script conflicts between your webpage and the form.

Hope that works. Let us know if the issue is still the same. Thank you.

I've embedded the form as an Iframe and no longer get the error message as before, but the form still goes off the page. Please see screenshot attached.Form doesnt seem to be responsive Image 1 Screenshot 20

I have viewed my form in Safari and Chrome on both desktop and mobile modes and still the same.

    Thank you for the update.

I viewed your website on an iPhone 6S Plus simulator and was able to see what you mean.

I have checked how your form is embedded and I see you are now using the iframe code. I have noticed that you have included the script part of the iframe code. It's possible that the script on your form and the script on your website are having some conflict. Can you try if removing the script part of the iframe would solve your issue? We will wait for your response.

    Thank you.
