my forms are not seen through mobile phones?

hi please can you help i have a 3 forms that i have designed that work well through pc or imac but are not visable through mobile phones or ipads?

Are you unable to view the forms on mobile phones even when not embedded on your website using the form links? Or you're just unable to view the forms on your website when embedded?
