Over the past week we have received duplicate emails / notifications of our form being completed and submitted. Both are time stamped the same, one is in correct format of our form the other is not although contains similar information.
Below is an example. The first is correct the second is duplicate but incorrect.

Problem solved. For some reason had duplicate email notification on with different format. Don't know how that occured.
