Form not working on the mobile version of my Weebly website.

    Hey,

On a desktop the form is visible but not when viewing the mobile version of my website. See email from my website suppliers below. My website is a Weebly site and the domain is www.elate.ie. I have now removed the jotform form and have created one using their contact form editor. I also have a YouTube embed code on the same page. This might be causing the problem? This is the url for the page which had the form http://www.elate.ie/free-ts-facebook.html

It might be something which you have come across before?

    Thanks,

    Daniel

    Hi again Daniel,

Thanks for replying! It's great to hear back from you.

I created a test site with the Big Slant theme and was able to get the code to show on mobile. However, I wasn't able to do so on your site. I checked with our advanced tech team and they advised there is something else conflicting with the code on your site.

Unfortunately, we're not able to provide case by case solutions for custom HTML problems and questions, due to the wide range of uses and associated problems. There are just too many variables for our team to be able to provide hands-on guidance.

With that being said, I would recommend to try removing any other custom codes from the site to see if you can get this code to show correctly on mobile.

You can also use our contact form element if you prefer by clicking and dragging the contact form element to your site.

    Thank you!

I didn't publish my site when I removed the jotform so you can still see it when clicking the link above :)

I'll keep it like that for a few hours but will have to go ahead with the contact form type form later today if I can't fix it.

    Cheers

I checked the link and could not locate a jotform.

Did you use the iFrame publishing method as advised here?

    http://www.jotform.com/help/215-Adding-a-Form-to-Weebly

If the problem still persists it is advisable to have the form published on the website, maybe on a hidden test page, so that we can inspect further this situation.

Let us know if the problem persists.
