I'm using the form "Friends' Contact Form in Adobe Muse, in PC and tablet versions of the website:
www.toplessdesign.co.uk/friends/contactOn the PC it works fine, but on the tablet (iPad Air) it does not appear.
This is happening on another website:
www.boxallward.co.uk/contact-usThe problems will only be viewable if you go to each site both via PC and tablet.
This problem was not occurring in the past.

It seems like the website itself is not mobile responsive. The form seems to try to adjust the layout but does not match the layout of your website which looks like a desktop version of it when viewed on a tablet or iPad air. Could you try re-embedding the form using the iFrame embed code so that any script code conflict would be avoided. Here's a guide on how to get the iframe code: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
If you would like your website to be more mobile friendly in terms of layout, you can adjust its viewport by following this guide: https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/insights/ConfigureViewport?hl=en
I would also like to suggest making the form mobile responsive, here's a guide on how to do that: http://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-make-Forms-Mobile-Responsive
I hope that helps.
