We have used up our form submissions for testing

    I have only used jotform for days. I have used up all of my submissions testing it and I still cant figure it out. Please upgrade me for a free month or something. This is super frustrating.

    I see that you have upgraded Jon, so I did not reset your submissions - since we can do the same only once (for free plan limits), but if you still want, we can reset your submissions to 0.

    Now based on what you have mentioned I do sense that you have some issues setting things up. If that is true, then please do note that we are here to assist and happy to do so as well. :)

    Just let us know what is giving you trouble and we will quickly jump on it and help you sort it all out :)

    Thanks! Sorry Ive been all over the place today. I subitted a more recent ticket on how to prepoulate my "time" field from another jotform, can you see that?

    Hey guys, if possible,  Iwould like to start my paid subscription with a blank slate. I have only been testing out Jotform for 2 weeks and all those test submissions took up a lot of space. Is that ok? Let me know...
