I don't have access to submission page in the website anymore

    Hi, 

    I added yesterday a question to a survey that already had about 200 submissions.  

    I received already a few answers by Email yesterday, and the question was included, meaning that it has been added properly.

    I am now trying to access the submissions page in your website to extract all data in an Excel document but the Submission page is blank and no data is appearing.

    Please help!

    The form you mention is under the account kseniasmakhtin. I tested the account and could successfully access the submissions:

    Let us know if the problem persists and we can send the Excel file to your email, while this situation is still not solved.
