PROBLEM TO STORE CUSTOMER ORDER ON JOTFORM TABLE

today ve received a customer order but the order have not been stored into the jotform submissions table as usual, but only I've received the email of order confirmation

May we know what specific submission is that? Could you give us the details of the email you received? 

I checked your four forms in your account and it seems like there's no payment tool integrated on them where an order will be created. Are you referring to a different table? I see you are using a lot of matrix field in your form "CALCOLA IL COSTO DEL TUO APE", perhaps you are referring to those table? We'll wait for your response.
