I can not see the submissions on the web, but I have 10 answers because I received 10 emails with the answers. What is the problem?

Hi, I had the same problem today and that was answered in another thread here in the forum, apparently there has been some glitch in the system and you can access your submissions from here:

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We are currently experiencing some issues with our servers and the users from EU region are being affected. Our backend team is aware of the situation and currently working on it. Meanwhile, we request you to use https://eu.jotform.com/ to access the forms and submissions.
