How can I move a form from a free account to a paid account

Greetings,

We are a university using two JotForm accounts, one free and one paid. We exceeded our submission limits for a particular form on the free account and would like to move it to our paid account. It was mistakenly created using the free account instead of the paid account.

The form name is "SEVIS Registration Form", it is located in the account name TUInternationalAdmissions. We would like to move the form to our paid account, tiffinu.
