    Have a customer who can't load Paypal - get's a blank screen on submit vs. re-direct

    Any idea what might be causing this?  I was thinking js issue, but she can load the initial form located at: http://www.neha.org/job_postings/Job_Center_Submit.html - again: she gets the form, but upon submit, she gets the default form page, without the form content - just the paypal logo.customer_paypal_submit_error

    I submitted the form but did not get any error message. If they get an empty page on PayPal site, it might be happening because of PayPal. Can they see PayPal.com successfully?

    Customer says that the re-direct timer did not appear, nor did they get re-directed to PayPal.  :(  I can't recreate on this end either...wondering if you have anyone in-house that worked on the API for PP/JF that can run further tesst?

    Customer was accessing site/form via Internet Explorer ver. 6.0.2900.5512.xpsp_sp3_gdr.100427-1636 if that helps.

    Can they access PayPal.com? Can you ask them if paypal.com web site work on their browser?

    Customer confirmed: they can access paypal.com via their browser direct.  She said she never got the loading image (the circle) on the form page to indicate that the site was working to transfer her to PayPal.com.  I confirmed with her that she waited at least a couple of minutes for the screen to load/change after pressing the submit button.

    OK. Added to our bug list: On IE6, paypal redirect gets stuck.

    One possible solution is to use v2.jotform.com. It probably does not have this problem on IE6. Please also see this page.
