Error when trying to Create PDF Form

    Hello!

    I am trying to generate the fillable PDF form for one of my forms, but when I click "Create PDF Form" it gives me the old HTTP 403 Forbidden error, and does not download. For some reason it also lists the Most Likely Causes as "This website requires you to log in," but of course, I am already logged in.Error when trying to Create PDF Form Image 1 Screenshot 20

    I have tried this in both IE and Edge, and have tried clearing my cache in both browsers, to no avail.

    Hello,

    I just tried this in your account for that form and it worked.

    We had a server hiccup over the weekend that maybe affected this. Please try again and let us know if you still encounter an issue.
