I did not realize when I created my user name that it would be part of any link/address i gave a client for a form. I need to change it to one that reflects our company name. Please advise how todo that. For example, i'd like to email a direct link to our form to clients and right now the link is http://www.jotform.us/LSchaefer33/ServicesRequest which includes my user name. I'd like my user name to be something else.
I thought the user name would just be my login info.
please advise on how to change my user name.
thank you

OK, but I'd rather a simple one like the one I posted.... for example, If I could change my user name to EOTW the link could be jotform.us/EOTW/ServicesRequest.
also, how did you come up with that alternative link, and how would I have found it, and how would I find one in the future for a different form I make?
My preference is to have a username that is not my personal name so I can verbally tell someone the link and they can remember it.
SO I am back to my original request. Can I please change my user name?

I checked EOTW. It is not taken. Your username is now changed to EOTW.
You can enable/disable the custom URL as described here:
