We use your tool to deliver to our sales team a way to enter information about customer orders. Each order has to have a unique ID, which used to work fine until something happened: A few days ago, apparently, someone in our company has removed that ID field from our form. I have rolled back that change to a previous state of the form, I thought things would be back to normal, but that's not the case, now we see these form submission IDs duplicated, as you can see in the attached screenshot.
Please let us know!

We had a server hiccup over the weekend, and it looks like the counter didn't handle it correctly.
This can be fixed manually.
1) manually change the ids to what they should be in the submissions view.
2) set the counter to start on the next number. You can do this by clicking the gear, and then edit properties for the field.
