My form isnt working

    Please help, this form is important and this is the second form of mine that isn't working.

    Ah , im in the middle of a project and this form is so important. Can someone help? Is there a phone number for Jotform.com?

    It does for me. Can you confirm that you are seeing something else? Please see the screenshot? What exactly do you see?

    they are working now but were not working earlier. Any specific reason?

    My form options are not updating either. Is that the issue you are having?

    Hi,

    That was a temporary problem and it has already been fixed. There was replication lag on our end earlier that causes the issue.

    Your form is working fine on my end now also when I checked the URL https://form.jotform.com/51165492853965
