Up until about 8am this morning our forms were being emailed when submitted. But they have stopped now? Whats going on.

Same for us and the submissions are not displaying on the back end either

There were few issues today, but seems that our developers were able to track them down and resolve the same, so the submissions should now be shown and available to see and download from Submissions Panel.
You might need to log out of your account and log back in for some of the changes to take effect, but please do let us know if you experience any issues.
