Can I password protect submissions so not all users of our JotForm account can see them?

Perhaps I can offer some help. There is no password protection tool. There is though some work around options. See the posting.

After looking a bit closer at your question I offered up the wrong answer. I don't believe this is possible but I will let JotForm rep answer this for you.

When you add subusers you grant them access to forms. Don't select the forms you want to protect.
