Is the form on our page secure?

We have followed instructions to make certain that the following page has a secure form:

    http://dtui.com/diversity-certification

However, we do not know how to test it. The information on this page

    http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

. . . . appears to be outdated and some of the links are not working so that did not help.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

All of the embed codes for our forms are now https secure by default.  We have removed the need to select this option while getting the code.

When I checked for form embedded in your page, it is not currently using the secure embed code.  If you get the iFrame code once again, it should now be use https by default:

Replace your current embed code with that code and you should be all set.
