change title appearing in properties

Thank you for contacting us. I am assuming that you would like to modify the title of your form. 

You can do this in 3 ways

1) on your MY FORM page, double click on the name and type the new title of the form

2) In the designer, also double click on the name of the FORM (orange bar) and enter the new name

3) enter the PREFERENCE window and in the GENERAL SETTING tab, change the tiel to the new one you wish to use.
