customize submit message

Hello. I'm wondering if there's a way to customize a pop-up screen that someone sees after they submit a form. Something along the lines of "thank you applying. Due to the high volume of applications...." etc.?

It's easy to customize the Thank You message. Just click the Thank You button, which lets you customize the thank you page, or redirect to a new page.
