We are having issues receiving the drivers return form on email.
Please see below you only deal with a)

a) yesterday I only received 4 emailed copies of the drivers debrief forms - nothing after 11.52?
b) yesterday/today I haven't received any deal of the day?

Form emails are sent to your email address. You can check this in your email history: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History. If you are not receiving any, they may have been filtered as spam. I would suggest checking this with your hosting provider, spam assassin settings or the like and make sure to follow our recommendations from this guide:
