Is it possible to hard delete sub users?
I have delete a user - thinking it is completely wiped, but when I add a new user with same email address it remembers the deleted user?
Is there an option for main account holder to have a hard delete button?

Unfortunately, you cannot hard delete your sub account users, you can remove them in your sub account list and they won't be able to have access to your shared forms. Sub account users are just separate accounts. They are registered in the JotForm system.
What can be done is have the sub account user to update its email address under its account settings. He/she needs to use a different email address.
