when I embed the form the options are greyed out

    Hi Can you advise why the options are greyed put when i EMBED BUT THE TEXT BOXES ARE NOT?

    Can you please indicate exactly what your issue is. I have just opened you site and did not notice any grayed out text boxes

    when I embed the form the options are greyed out Image 1 Screenshot 20

    I also did noticed that you are using the source code. I would like to add that if you make any changes in your form (jotform), these will not be automatically reflected in your site.
