    Dropbox integration

    Hello,

    I am trying to edit our dropbox integration for our forms but when I go to click on dropbox in the integration window in form editor, but it will not open anything after you click on the dropbox image and if I try to close out of the integration window, it locks up my browser and I have to refresh to get out of it.  I have tried this on a couple of different browsers, with the same thing happening.  I clicked on some other items in the integration window and those came up with their options without issue.  This seems only limited to the dropbox option.

     

    I have also cleared form cache and by browser history and cookies as well.

    The issue can be related with pop up window.The DropBox Integration is working with popup.  Can you check your setting of your pop up windows?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response.  I didn't change anything on my browser but it appears to be working now. However, I have a secondary question.  When I went to check the integration on a form with Dropbox, previously we were able to edit the integration but now, if I want to edit subfolders etc., I have to remove the integration and re-integrate the form.  Is this normal and why was that feature removed?

    Basically, you do not remove the integration, when you click on Edit Integration. You simply have to authenticate it again. Then it will display your current setup, if you edit it, it will be reflected on Dropbox side:
