Hello, I received a submission, at 2012-02-13 22:54:10 but I did not get an email notification. The only way I knew about the submission is because I got my Merchant Email Receipt, showing that someone has paid for an entry. I check my email notification and auto response and everything seems to be working. I never had a problem with this before. When I did a email test, I received it. Was the system down at that time?

Hello, it happen again. No email notification was sent to me.

We found the reason why some of the emails were not going and fixed it. If the problem continues on your end, please let us know.
