I have a bunch of forms that arrive by email with an attached pdf. I have one that does not.
I can't figure out what I did differently on the one that does not.
Is there a setting somewhere?

This is some what weird. If all your are sending with attachment, the notification in question should also have the attachment. If you go into the email settings, you will see a check box to enable PDF attachment.
Please let us know if this occurs, so we can take a deeper look into this.
