    Hello,

I have a survey setup on my site.

I want to use conditions on the first question:

    Are you X or Y?

and then show the form for X or show the form for Y.

Instead of setting up 100 different conditions to do this in 1 form is there a way I can have the conditions just import X or Y Form  which is already created in my dashboard?

    Thank you for contacting us.

It is possible to embed form inside of other form. You can achieve that with iFrame Embed widget. You would also need to set conditional logic to show it with your jotform when certain conditions are met.

Inside of this guide it is explained how to embed form inside of other form to Create a Basic Multiple Payment form: http://www.jotform.com/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

If you embed a form inside another with the iframe, which email responded would be sent?

That will depend on which submit button is clicked.

If submit button of main form is clicked, you will receive data only from fields of you main form, without of data from embedded form. If embedded form is submitted you will receive only data from embedded form.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
