According to our email logs your notifications has been successfully sent to your email address. Can you please add these ip addresses to your mail provider's whitelist?
If this still doesn't work, please do let us know.

Not sure how to do that, when I try the test email when the form is in edit mode it works, but from my site it does not. How do I add ip addresses to my provider list?

You need to contact your mail provider and tell them to add these ip addresses to your whitelist.
