How can I make it so that when I get an email from a submitted form an answer that was "unchecked" does not show up on email report and only "checked" response shows up. I don't want to the see the unchecked responses on the email. Thanks

This might depend on the form - for example if this is some specific widget, etc, but usually if you did not make any modifications to your form email template, it will send you only the filled out fields, while if you made any changes to it, it will not.
My suggestion would be to try adding a new email without any modifications to your form and see if the data submitted through it is what you would like to see. If it is, then you can delete the other notification(s) and have the new (default ones) be sent.
