how do i get a refund for charges to my account from jotform inc?

    The subscription needs to be cancelled first. Then, if refund is applicable (under guarantee period) we will issue a refund for the latest subscription charges.

    Please let us know what is your JotForm subscription account/username also so that we can further check on your concern.
