    iOS App: iPhone app keeps crashing

    the app keeps crashing with no messages . Tried reinstalling and doesn't fix the problem.

    We do apologize about this inconvenience.

    An iOS Update 3.1 for this roughly 2 days ago that contained many fixes to correct the crashing and a few other things.

    Please try updating if you have not done so already and let us know if any issues continue.

    Now it won't let me sign in. I put the username and password and it doesn't do anything.

    Is there no error message displayed when you try to log in? Can you please send us a screenshot if there are any problems encountered during login? We'll wait for your reply.

    Unfortunately I cannot see the image in the forums. Please follow this guide on how to upload screenshots to the forum. How to add screenshots images to questions in support forum

    Regarding your login issue, have you tried logging in using your username instead of your e-mail address? If not, please try logging in using your username woolebull, in case you haven't tried it yet.

    I have been using the username. I sent a screenshot of the login. I just tried deleting and download the app again and nothing .

    This is one of the features I like about jot form and it doesn't even work. I could have gone with wufoo.
