We are a smb company that giving IT services to our customer.
We are going to customer and then fill the service form and they are signing that form and give back to us.
I need to send sevice form to customer, filled from us by e-mail and after they will approve (maybe submit button -or a link- on mail body). This approvment will come by email to us. Its possible or not.
Thanks in advance.

I my understanding of the requirement is correct, I think you can use the PDF Form for this.
user guide: How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form
The PDF Form can be filled in offline and will only need to be online once ready to submit.
So, you can email to the Email Recipient the PDF Form so that they can use it... and they can Submit the form (using the Submit button on the form)
The form can be sent also to Email recipient.. check the user guide: How-to-Send-a-form-via-email
Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
