My forms went down! PLEASE HELP.

GoDaddy say's it's not them. Form links not working and Scripts not working. Says forms disabled. Not disabled on Jotform site. EMERGENCY! Please help.

I think they may have had some issues as I was having some errors on a few of my forms. Seems to be working now.

On a side note, your form when I try to access it, actually says it was not found.  I've been through that before years ago when I accidentally deleted a form. I would recommend that you verify that the form is in MY FORMS and also, since you're using a link instead of embed, verify that the link that the publish section of your jotform has is the same as the link you have coded into the web page.  If you by chance re-created the form, it would be assigned a new link.
