I have hundreds of e-mails out to client with links to jotform.com. This domain change is very serious and expensive for me. Please answer the following questions:

When does this change take place?

What happens to documents that are sent to the old domain?

When people sending documents to the old domain, will they receive something that tells them their document has not been transferred?

Our domain is already suspended. You might still be able to access jotform.com because of DNS caches. But, within a day or two, it will disabled for most people. We are really sorry.

What happens to documents that are sent to the old domain?

There is no data loss. All of your submissions and files are still on the site. You should access to them using jotform.net instead of jotform.com.

When people sending documents to the old domain, will they receive something that tells them their document has not been transferred?

Yes, they will get an error.
