Infusionsoft Integration Wizard is not loading when using integration button in Form BuilderAsked by pjliteracy on January 22, 2016 at 01:00 AMthe integration does not work. It just loads a blank window.
I need to know if this functionality is going to be working. Otherwise I have to use another product.
I was able to reproduce the failing of Infusionsoft integration wizard in the Form Builder as well.
But I was able to find a temporary solution that work.
#1. Make sure you are login to your account at http://www.jotform.com/login
#2. use instead the Infusionsoft link in the JotForm Apps to trigger the integration wizard
Using the link in the JotForm Apps had work in my test.
Please try this method as well. Let us know if this did not work for you.
Hi, you have taken away the old integration again! It's now replaced by the new one.
Custom fields are now showing up, but I cannot trigger a tag like I used to.
You really need to stop changing your platform without telling customers... terrible customer service.
It is now very urgent that I need to know if the previous functionality will be restored.
Without the ability to trigger tags I cannot activate my infusionsoft campaigns, rendering this product, which I have paid for, of no use.
If the functionality is not restored within a day I have to use another product.
Firstly, please accept my apologies about the inconvenience. According to the latest news, the integration is not working with its full capacity currently and the problem is causing from the Infusionsoft's new API. However, our integration developer team has been working on that issue and you can be sure that it will be fixed as soon as possible. With the new changes on Infusionsoft, the old one is in the same situation with the new one, so both of them are not functional completely.
In this case, we need a little time to fix it. As a nature of integrations, we need to get some information from them, that's why it takes time. When there is an update about this problem, you will be informed from this thread via email.

Hi, this is not really a satisfactory answer.
InfusionSoft let's you know when their API is updated I believe.
There clearly has been issues for sometime with the integration, yet we are only getting told about it now. My forms were due to go live today, but now cannot.
It makes me question whether I could ever use JotForms for any commercial work, if they are so unreliable, and I can see this issue has affected many others as well.

Hi, thank you for fixing it, but...
There seems to be another issue.
I am using the form to capture email addresses, however when your API is pushing them to infusionsoft.. their status in infusionsoft is
Email status - non-marketable
This means they do not get any auto-responders etc.
According to infusionsoft the reason is the API is not updating their status
This means I cannot actually contact the enquiries at the moment.
Can you confirm your integration is indeed not doing this?
Spoke to InfusionSoft.
They said it is your usage of the API. Since there is nothing I can change in the InfusionSoft end, I am left with contacts who are not getting emails when they sign up (confirmation emails).
I am very disappointed (again) that this sort of stuff has not been thought of with your integration.

Hi I can now see a list of options, the only one with opt-in is opt-in newsletter and it doesn't seem to change the status.
What ID is the opt-in?
The Email status - non-marketable as you requested is the check box:
If you checked, Infusionsoft marked email as opt-in.
The below actions are Action Sequences of Infusionsoft which they will triggered if you select.
For example, If you select New Lead action, all customers automatically tagged as New Lead.
Thanks it wasn't showing up at first but is now, tested and seems to be working ok
