I was wondering if your login page was driven by jot, if so I assume the same principal could be applied to any form , I need a way for people to log into a form with a code that they would have been sent prior, But cant seem to work out how to, or where to, create a database of allowed login details for conditions to process.

Unfortunately, we do not allow users to create forms that act as log in page. This is because it mimics a phishing form that steals log in credentials and will violate our terms of use. You can check our terms page to learn more about this.
I understand that you might want to create a log in system for your own legal business, however, our forms are not designed for this, we are quite strict on this rule. We have manual reviewers and an anti-Phishing system that suspends accounts that violates our terms.
Thank you for your understanding.
