Is it possible to create a button to take you through to specific part of form?

I'm making a form for our sales person to send through orders to our sales admin team, we sign up colleges, but sometimes we sign up multiple courses at a single college, so I want to be able to either direct our sales rep through to additional pages of the form, or end it there... is there a way to do this?

Yes, that's possible with "Skip To A Page" condition. This can be achieved when you add Page Break Tool in your form. It is under Survey Tools.

    Here's a full guide for this: http://www.jotform.com/help/350-How-to-skip-pages-using-conditional-logic
