Is it possible to setup tag triggers in Infusionsoft integration?

    But is there any way to set up and/or change the tag triggers for now? Regardless of old or new version, I need to set up some campaigns on Infusionsoft which are all tag driven from Jotform forms.

    As mentioned on the previous thread Tas I am raising this to our developers since they would be able to give you more details if and when this would be possible.

    I have this same issue. They replaced the old integration with the new one that didn't work properly, told me to use the old one, then took away the old one again, to be replaced by a new one which doesn't allow you to trigger a tag.

    Can you please answer here for all of us? Need to know how to apply Infusionsoft tags AND edit existing Infusionsoft integrations.

    I will try to answer everyone here, but only regarding the tags and their setup in the new Infusionsoft integration. For any other questions it is best to open new threads (if not done already).

    Now in regards to the tags. Based on what I can see there is a delay because the API that was used to "talk" with Infusionsoft system is not working any more - not completely.

    Our developers have already contacted Infusionsoft developers for more details and currently nothing more can be said about this since we do not see their communication.

    Having this said, as soon as the API issue is resolved by either our team or Infusionsoft, our developers will be able to continue with the same.

    As far as I know the old integration was offered by a 3rd party and was down quite often, which is why our team decided to create their own which would offer better support and availability.

    We do apologize for any inconveniences that are raised along the way, but ultimately this switch should be better for you and your requirements as our developers would be updating the integration over time as well instead of depending on 3rd party and if they decide to do any upgrades.
