sub account is limited to 100 submissions

I have a sub account on my Silver account but instead of them sharing my 10,000 submissions they only have 100?  Please update the sub account.

Sub-accounts do not receive the upgraded limits, however, they are able to create and use forms in the account that is upgraded.  Any forms the sub-user creates in the folder shared with them will receive the upgraded limits.
