Autoresponder goes into the spam folder

    Hola,

    he recibido muchos reclamos de clientes que reciben el autorespondedor en el Spam o no deseado.

    He hecho yo misma una prueba y efectivamente de 5 autorespondedores, 3 llegaron a mi Spam.

    Este problema es relativamente actual, ya que anteriormente no pasaba y hace mucho uqe trabajo con vosotros y tengo muchos formularios en linea.

    Quedo a la espera de una respuesta y solución del tema.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reporting.

    I can't seem to reproduce the problem when I test one of your forms (60202734734954). It goes straight into my inbox.

    There are instances that emails from Jotform are caught by the spam filters, especially when the recipient email service providers has strict email security. The most effective way to resolve this is to add Jotform into their white list. This should prevent it from happening again.

    Entiendo. El tema es que antes no pasada, y ahora se está haciendo normal que vaya al Spam. Tal vez en un solo formulario esté OK, pero cuando hay muchos envíos, van al Spam.

    I've checked your form email settings and found some links in it. Please note that you have to consider changing this as most spam filters are strict with links in the emails. 

    You can try adding a Title in the link. You can find this in the settings. Or, put the entire link as a text.
