Hello, we use jot form on one of our sites, its worked really well. Howver, our client isnt currently using it, i mentioned to them that the subscription renewal was coming up and they asked if they could cancel it for now. I asked my developer if this would affect anything if we decide to re-instate it later on, he asked this question to your team and was waiting for a response. I didnt want to update the subscription, but we were waiting for a response from your team. Could i please cancel the update and ask for a refund please as were not currently using it.

I can't find the question that is raised by your developer, but I have just cancelled the subscription and refunded your last payment for the renewal. Expect the refund returned to your card within 4-10 business days.
