Birthdate Picker not recognizing selected month on Iphone

    I have a client who was trying to complete an information form for me but was continually having trouble completing it, because date of birth is a required field, but the form would not recognize that the month of birth had been selected from the drop down and continually gave a "This is a required field" error message.

    She said she was completing it on her iPhone using the iOS system, so I tried it from my Note Android device, and I did not experience the same issue. I asked her to please try again as I had been able to do it from my devices and hoped that her issue was temporary.

    She tried again but said that it was still not working for her. I have not heard back from her now since Thursday so I am following up with her again. However, I am concerned that because of these issues, I have lost this potential client and all of the sales from her as well as her destination wedding guests, which is very significant for my small business.

    I'm not sure how to resolve this problem.

    Unfortunately I could not replicate the same situation.

    You can try replacing the Birthdate Picker field with a date field:

    As deleting a field will erase all the information received on that field you can just "hide" the Birthdate Picker and add the DateTime field:
