My company website uses a JotForm script on the ordering page as of last wednesday all our mails in our office 365 account can't receive the e-mail generated from this script. My private yahoo mail can receive the mails but that is not very practical.
What can you do to solve the problemPage URL:

I am not currently aware about any delivery issues to the offie 365 email addresses. It looks like that messages are being successfully sent according to our email logs. You may try checking Spam/Junk/Filtering options of your office 365 accounts.
We also offer alternative sending methods:
1) Custom sender will change a sending method from Amazon SES to our own mail servers.
2) You can use your own SMTP sender.
