Am I obliged to transfer my data on the European server? (I work from Italy)

    Actually yes. If you were not moved by our system you should move your account to EU servers. I had moved my account over to EU servers for some time now and everything seems to be OK. The only big difference is that your links for login are not www.jotform.com, but instead eu.jotform.com from now on.

    Allowing your own data to be available to people or systems from US is not currently allowed by EU data privacy and security regulations, that is until Safe Harbor 2.0 is out.

    You will still be able to accept the data from your users in the same way, but the difference is in the way you access the same.
