I have checked the form on your account entitled, Receive a Free E-Book Form. And base on the form's title, I understood what you mean (Please do correct me if I'm wrong.)

To my understanding, you would want for your subscriber (the ones filling up your form and registering on your form) to receive a link to your e-books where they can download it, is that correct?

There are two possible options that you can choose from:

First - put the link on the Thank-You page of your form.

You can put the link together with the Thank-You message.

Or, you can have your user redirected to the page where they can download your form automatically after clicking the submit button on your form.

The second option will be through the autoresponder which you can set up through your form. Email autoresponder will be sent to your user's email address after filling and submitting your form. Since on your form you have an Email address field, you can use that as the recipient email in setting up your email autoresponder. You can include the link to the website where your user can download the free e-book.

You can check the link below on how you can create an autoresponder.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you.

Here's a screencast on how you can set up your autoresponder and place the link to your e-book for your users to download it.

    Hi Mike_G,
Thank you so much for your feedback. I enjoyed reading your explanation. I
think I will go with the option of sending a auto-responder.
I just send up and so far I am very please with what jot form has to offer.
