I am trying to transfer my form to the EU server, but when I click nothing happens

    I have checked your account and see that you were still not switched over. As such I entered into your account and went to https://eu.jotform.com/myaccount/settings and there made sure that the option to switch to EU servers was checked.

    As a result your account has now been switched over to EU server :)
