Multiple order form submission

My clients say that they have customers that are being charged multiple times for orders. When we have checked the order forms that our clients say were charged multiple times the order forms show different times and in some cases different dates.

Is there a reason why the customers would be charged multiple times but they claim they only put through one order?

If the dates and time on submissions are different, that your users probably submitted form multiple times.

Can you please provide us ID of the form and ID of submissions form same users, so that we can check them?

It is possible to prevent multiple submissions form same users.

You can take advantage of our unique submission feature to block multiple submissions from one system of one IP address by setting the "Loose check" or "Strict Check" respectively. Here is a guide to help you set unique submission in your form:  http://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

You can also use our unique question feature to prevent from submitting duplicate submissions. Example: You can set one of your forms question (like cell number or email address) to be a unique question. This will not allow a user to use the same cell number or email address to submit your form.
