    Form Calculation widget increases its value when switching to last page

    Asked by rbroadfo on January 25, 2016 at 12:50 PM

    Hello.

    "Screen Shot" shows the total of the Calculation Widget in an Notification Email, it's $130314.84 (incorrect).

    The correct total of a the same Calculation Widget inside the form is $114.60.

    How do I get the calculation total to display correctly in the Notification Email?

    Thanks!

    I see what you mean when looking at what you said that should be reported and what is shown in the screenshot, the amount is quite a few times larger.

    Now before this I do want to mention that at the bottom of your website you can see the following:

    .jt-content { min-width: 700px !important; width: 700px !important; max-width:700px; } .jt-content .js-form-content { width:100% !important; }

    Which is the CSS code for your feedback form. I do suggest moving that code into the head element of your website or if you can only edit it where it currently is, to simply move it within style element.

    What you would end up with is the following:

    <style text="text/css">
    .jt-content { min-width: 700px !important; width: 700px !important; max-width:700px; } .jt-content .js-form-content { width:100% !important; }
    </style>

    That way the same code will no longer be shown on your website.

    I have inspected your form and I see that this happens in the moment when the page is switched to the last page. I however can not see why that happens. For that reason I will raise this to our developers for further inspection on what is the cause of the same.
